Note: July 2023 – I am no longer accepting new clients, but will continue working with my existing clients.
Why do I call my work “relationship healing”? Because when you uncover the source of most problems in living, dysfunctional relationships and the resulting emotional and psychological pain are the cause. I can help. I work with individuals, couples, and group members to heal their past wounds and learn to relate to themselves and others with compassion and authenticity.
Because I am trained in a variety of therapies, I am able to select a treatment or, more likely, a combination of treatments that best meet your needs. My holistic and client-centered approach fosters trust and collaboration. Together, we can strengthen your relationships and break down roadblocks to your happiness. While I am eclectic in the sense that I try to encompass all that I have learned in my work with people, I also approach each person anew, with presence and mindfulness. You will bring your own creative way of being to the therapy process. I always look forward to how the process will unfold.
In addition to my work with individuals, couples, and groups, I also offer individual and group supervision for mental health professionals. I am adjunct faculty in the Transpersonal Counseling Psychology Master’s Program at Naropa University and at Regis University. I have worked as a member of the Adult Treatment Team and Child, Adolescent and Family Treatment Team at the Mental Health Center of Boulder County, Inc. Read more about my qualifications.
